I have a new invention idea, should I take out a Patent immediately?
mikinvent, September 13th, 2010 You’ve come up with a great new idea and obviously want to make sure that you get credit for it. So the first mistake some inventors make is to file a patent before getting it evaluated. Is this the right action to take?
